Engineering Excursions: "Sudo Reboot -h Now"!

Houston, we've had problems...but systems are back and ready for reboot!

Long time, no see. It's been more than five and a half years since the last post here. Due to unforeseen events of both personal and professional nature, my  enthusiastic agenda of a procession of posts chronicling my various adventures of technical exploration hit a series of roadblocks and had to be sidelined. It seemed that my engine of ideas had been torpedoed before it even gained traction.

Sometimes, life takes unexpected twists, to cause things that we want to do to be set aside in order to deal with challenges that need addressing. So here I am, more than 5 years later, ready to pull the sheet off this long sidelined idea, survey the possibilities with a fresh set of eyes, and reboot.

With that said, it's time to do a system restart and return to the chronicle to pick up the threads where I last left off. The next post will be looking back with a long term review that I've been itching to write for the last few years.

So here's to the reboot. See you in the next post!
